  Great service all the way. Rang due to a last minute emergency with my car. The service was just brilliant the ladies in the office and the guys in servicing were so lovely, they sloted my car in and got it all fixed and back on the road in no time. Such a pleasure to deal with. Money well spent on my yearly membership. Prices were great as i did ring around and motorserve actually was the cheapest going around. FANTASTIC keep up the great work all of you.

  I could feel morale and motivation of the mechanics have been degrading service by service or I was lucky when I first serviced my car with them. The other things are that it seems to me that the IT resources of the central office have never been fully utilised in full potential. I have never received a follow up call from the branch to confirm a service booking after I had booked online. I guess the central office should focus its main business much more, that is, taking care of members' MV related needs rather than spending the members' resources on various perks.

  Put car in 7.30am and all they did was regular service and none of the other things I requested. Had shock absorbers done there for over $1000 and 20,000 later had to do them again. They don't stand by their work guarantee. I am nearly 70 old and only drive around to local shops they should last at least 50,000. They wanted another $1000 just to do two front shock absorbers. Rip off. Pedders did them for $500 and said they probably used cheap inferior products. Nrma Rouse Hill Tried to say they had never done my shocks before. They claimed not in computer till I went home and produced my receipt. Still didn't guarantee their work. Had taken my complaints higher up the organization. Keep away people unless you want to get ripped off.
