  I don't know about why some people are complaining about Customer service, the chances they will never be satisfied no matter where they go.My personal experience with the Rouse Hill Store started when I bought my bike there 6 months ago, have gone back there for several adjustments and every time I WAS SERVED BY A DIFFERENT PERSON, I HAVE NO ISSUE WITH THEIR KNOWLEDGE OR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE

  Santa got his bikes here & so did the rest of my family. Great Service & support from Josh, the boss with glasses & the Irish Mountain biker. Got more value here that I could find in all of the surrounding suburbs. The shop is very clean and organised too.

  Service quality is definitely 5 stars and I'll definitely be back, but customer relations should be improved.

  Con: As other people already said some of the team is pretty arrogant and let's you feel that they know more about bikes than you do (Well of course that's why you work in a bike store and I'm not, but is it necessary to make me feel like an idiot that I can't fix it myself?)

  If your working in a bicycle shop, you must know your product, bicycle tyre 700C..... 700 is the diameter 'C' is the profile no more information is required stay away

  Worst bike shop took 50 min with an empty store to put pegs on, 2 hours to just put a chain on with a call in advance on another day I reccomened not coming here .
