  It’s a sad state of affairs when you have to tell a member of staff that they should wash their hands in between wiping their nose on their hand and handling your food. Having watched this happen I declined the food I was given. Her response was “I didn’t actually touch your food” unfortunately she did. Regardless I think wiping your nose on your hand shouldn’t be seen as acceptable.

  Just my luck that the girl at the counter doesn't have good customer service. Asked me to swipe my card twice even though it clearly said it was approved. I asked her to give me a printout that it was declined but couldn't give me anything. I had to check my bank account online while waiting for our takeaway and had to contact my credit card provider so we can get our refund. Our take away was not just already cold when we got home but it was missing a large side as well! There's no word to describe the experience we got tonight. System error for the double charge? Hard to believe that now knowing they can't even get our order right. Just unbelievable!

  Can here for dinner and had one of the worst experiences ever. Made mistakes on order and brought over the wrong food. Manager did not like it when we complained that the salad with avocado had no avocado. Terrible dine in experience.

  Chicken and other food served here is always excellent. Cooked to special requests too. Staff always polite and friendly. Place is always clean. Prices are reasonable. This Nando's comes highly recommended.

  Service is appalling. Tables are always dirty, people serving always seem annoyed at your existence, food is often undercooked (sweet potato, chips etc). I have had to not only clean the table myself - I have had to go to the counter and grab my own food before because it has just been sitting there for over 5 mins going cold. Ridiculous.
